First Partner Vol. 3 is the final chapter in the Simplified Chinese 30th Anniversary First Partner series, launching 7 August 2026. It closes out the nine-region collection with starters from Hoenn, Kalos, and Paldea, following Volumes 1 and 2's earlier regions.

Each box contains one random special illustration promo card, pulled from equal production runs across nine designs:

• Hoenn: Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip
• Kalos: Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie
• Paldea: Sprigatito, Fuecoco, Quaxly

These are Simplified Chinese-exclusive holofoil illustrations, not reprints from the English or Japanese First Partner releases.
